Rahul Dravid will continue coaching India A and U19

BCCI confirmed on Friday that former Indian captain, Rahul Dravid will continue coaching India A and U19 side for the next two years. Dravid's new contract will run for 12 months each year as opposed to the 10-month contract he had previously.

The agreement between the BCCI and Dravid will mean that he will not be associated with the 11th and 12th seasons of the IPL. Soon after the announcement, Rahul Dravid stepped down as Delhi Daredevils' mentor.

Under Dravid's coaching, India A won the Tri-series in Australia which also involved South Africa. He repeated that success with the Under-19 team, guiding them to the final of the 2016 World Cup in Bangladesh, where they lost to West Indies.
