Bangalore beat Hyderabad after a dramatic comeback
Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) by 10 runs in the third match of the ongoing 13th edition of Indian Premier League (IPL) on Monday. Chasing a target of 164 runs to win, SRH were allout for 153 fallng short of the target by 10 runs.
Despite losing their skipper David Warner early, Jonny Bairstow and Manish Pandey added 71 runs for the second wicket to bring their team back in game. Panday made 34 runs off 33 balls with 3 fours and a six. Bairstow made a brilliant 43 ball 61 which included 6 fours and 2 sixes. But no other batsmen could contribute significantly afterwards for Hyderabad. Priyam Garg (12), Vijay Shankar (0), Abhishek Sharma (7), Rashid Khan (6) could not take their team to victory.

Yuzvendra Chahal was the pick of the bowlers for Bangalor as he finished with the figures of 3-18 from his quota of 4 overs and was named Player of the Match.
Earlier, Hyderabad won the toss and elected to field first. RCB got off to a great start with Devdutt Padikkal and Aaron Finch as the duo added 90 runs stand in 11 overs. Finch made 29 while Padikkal was the top scorer for RCB with 42 ball 56. De Villiers smashed 51 runs off 30 balls which included 2 sixes and 4 fours.
