AFGHANISTAN
Afghanistan will be eying for their second-ever cricket world cup after their debut in 2015. Afghanistan's rise to the cricketing world has been remarkabale.Nepal and Afghanistan played the ICC World Cricket League Division 5 semi-final together in 2008. Afghanistan were granted Associate membership in 2013 before becoming the first Associate side to beat a Full member side in a bilateral series later in 2015. Afghanistan is now awarded Test Status and will be hoping to reach the ICC World Cup for the second successive time, while Nepal will be eyeing to repeat their performance similar to ICC World T20 in Bangladesh.

ZIMBABWE
Zimbabwe currently ranked 11th in the ODI Rankings will be eyeing for their 10th appearance in the ICC Cricket World Cup. Aghanistan will be their main rivals in the group match as Afghans side have won the series by 4-1 recently. They will have their key man Brendon Taylor in their side who returned to the team after two and half years break in 2017.

Scotland will be eyeing for their fourth appearanceat the ICC Cricket World Cup (appeared in 1999, 2007 and 2015). They finished second in WCL Championship standings with 8 wins off their 14 games. Despite 3 appearances in the Cricket World Cup, they're yet to record a win in the Global tournament. Scotland have faced Kenya and UAE after their WCL Championship in a tri series where they managed a victory over UAE.

Hongkong will be eyeing for their first appearance in the ICC Cricket World Cup. HongKong finished third in the WCL Championship securing their spot in the ICC World Cup Qualifiers with 8 wins and 18 points. They have not appeared at the ICC World Cup but have alreadyplayed the ICC World T20 twice in 2014 and 2016 recording a victory over Bangladesh in a huge upset.

NEPAL
The cardiac kids of Nepal will eye their first appearance in the ICC Cricket World Cup after a historic chase against Canada to secure their spot in the ICC World Cup Qualifiers. After a debut in ICC World T20 in Bangladesh and winning 2 off their 3 games in their maiden global tournament, Nepal will chase their dreams of playing the World Cup in 2019. Nepal missed out the super 10 stage in ICC World T20 with a narrow run rate over Bangladesh.
